Katie's journey into yoga began at the age of 15 as a way to cope with personal challenges and anxiety. Guided initially by renowned instructors Rodney Yee and Seane Corn through VHS and DVD, she found solace in the movements and mindfulness of yoga. This early practice became a crucial part of her healing process, leading her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at 18 and immersing herself in the philosophy and teachings of yoga.
Katie is expanding her therapeutic skills to offer more personalized and healing practices, including trauma-informed, pain management, and 500-hour RYT. She aims to continue evolving her practice while helping her students face stress and setbacks with resilience and grace.
