Kaitlin's journey into yoga began at the age of 15 as a way to cope with personal challenges and debilitating anxiety. Guided initially by renowned instructors Rodney Yee and Seane Corn through VHS and DVD, she found solace in the movements and mindfulness of yoga as she learned how to manage her symptoms. This early practice became a crucial part of her healing process, leading her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at 18 and immersing herself in the philosophy and teachings of yoga. She has since completed over 1000+ hours of additional certification in yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, Pilates reformer, personal training, kettlebell, and functional movement.
Kaitlin is expanding her therapeutic skills to offer more personalized and healing practices, including specific training in trauma-informed yoga, pain management, and completing her 500-hour RYT. She aims to continue evolving her practice while helping her students face stress and setbacks with resilience and grace. Now focusing her efforts in the therapeutic space as an IAYT trained yoga therapist, Kaitlin is available to help guide individuals on their journey toward healing.
