Kaitlin's journey into yoga began at the age of 15 as a way to cope with personal challenges and anxiety. Guided initially by renowned instructors Rodney Yee and Seane Corn through VHS and DVD, she found solace in the movements and mindfulness of yoga. This early practice became a crucial part of her healing process, leading her to complete her 200-hour teacher training at 18 and immersing herself in the philosophy and teachings of yoga.
Over the next 16 years, Kaitlin dedicated herself to continuous learning, accumulating over 1000 hours of advanced training. Her teaching evolved to emphasize personal sensations and experiences, creating a supportive and inclusive environment for her students. She has successfully helped many, including a young man who regained full mobility and strength after a rotator cuff injury through her tailored modifications and guidance.
Currently pursuing her 500-hour Yoga Therapist Certification, Kaitlin is expanding her therapeutic skills to offer more personalized and healing practices. She aims to continue evolving her practice while helping her students face stress and setbacks with resilience and grace.
